This is the website of Productions DAVE SIMON Productions. Producers of Ringside Report Radio, the leading MMA Radio Show and Podcast and Wrestling Uncensored Radio Show and Podcast. Listeners around the world have become fans of both shows.
Mixed Martial Arts
Touching primarily the UFC, there’s also extensive coverage of Bellator and local promotions. Representing the die-hard and those who have a passing interest, this is the place where opinions are shared and debated.
Besides the Wrestling Uncensored radio show and podcast, you can hear wrestling spoken of during Ringside Report with many fighters such as Rhonda Rousey and Brock Lesner having achieved star status in both the WWE and UFC. Wrestling dominates the discussion on Dave & Johnny LIVE! and of course What’s Phantom in Japan.
Podcasts & Live Programs
Both radio shows and most live events are available in podcast format to be streamed or downloaded. Many live opportunities are offered through the radio broadcast or YouTube. Listener and viewer Interaction via phone or chat is encouraged. The hosts and collaborators express a fans’ point of view on the weekly radio shows, exclusive podcasts, and frequently after an event on Youtube.
People are either listening live locally over the air (in Montreal, Quebec ,Canada), to the Internet stream or downloading the podcast from across Canada and the USA as well as Europe and Asia.
Ringside Report, presently available twice weekly, focuses primarily on Mixed Martial Arts with a strong emphasis on the top promotion, the UFC. MMA is a sport that has been growing at a phenomenal pace for the past several years. It’s reach is growing with more and more regional promotions starting up all over the US and Canada. Ringside Report has made an effort to keep on top the goings on in the different promotions.
Wrestling Uncensored is a conversation about Pro Wrestling between Dave Simon and Professional Wrestler, Jeremy Prophet available once per week. They discuss and debate the latest story lines in the WWE and other companies and are not afraid to provide their own brand of honest criticism from the perspective of a true fan. Both guys have been watching Pro Wrestling since they were kids and bring that often child-like emotion into their back and forth that has people “tweeting” about the shows for days after they are broadcast.
Host Dave Simon’s enthusiasm for Combat Sports is engaging his audiences. We’re finding fans of one sport listening to the other show just because of the way Dave entertains.
Listeners to both shows are mostly in a male 18-49 year old demographic.
